Teflon sleeves

Teflon sleeves are widely used in industries due to their good anti-sticking properties. As the speed of paper machines and requirements for paper quality continue to increase, the performance requirements for Teflon sleeves are also increasing.

Presently, the traditional transparent Teflon sleeve (FEP material) is the most common material, which is widely used in the position of the guide roller and arc roller in the press section, the guide roller and arc roller after sizing, the guide roller in the drying section and even the drying cylinder. It shows excellent anti-sticking performance, but due to its own limitations of temperature resistance and wear resistance, the short service life has become a huge issue for users.

To fit this kind of applications and break through the limitations of ordinary materials, we cooperate with European and American companies to jointly promote a new generation of black 102-type Teflon sleeves in China.

This new material uses graphite-infused polymer, which has 10 times the wear resistance of traditional materials, a stable service temperature of up to 260 ° C and can more effectively prevent problems caused by static electricity, especially in low-humidity paper. Location.

The 102-type black Teflon sleeve is also resistant to strong acid and strong alkali corrosion. The standard thickness is 1.5mm. It can be installed on various rollers by gun heating and can be tightly combined with any metal or rubber substrate.

The installation of the Teflon sleeve can be carried out at the customer’s site, for example, during shutdown, and the machine can be used immediately after the installation is completed.

Presently we have successfully served more than 100 rollers for many leading domestic paper-making enterprises, including paper guide rollers, curved rollers, etc., with good market feedback.
