On-site spraying & Problem Solving
In October 2021, our team went to Zhuhai Hongta Renheng Packaging Co., Ltd. to prepare for the on-site spraying project of the dryer for Hongta Renheng. During the on-site spraying, our on-site spraying team found out that the diameter difference of the same group of drying cylinders was too large, and the size of the drying cylinders was serious.
After communicating with customers, I learned that paper breaks will occur when they produce low-weight paper. For this reason, our company proposes to restore the diameter of the drying cylinder with too small diameter to solve this problem.
After receiving our repair plan, the customer agreed very much, and immediately order and agreed to implement this repair plan. From formulating the plan to completing the repair, the entire production process took less than 10 days.
In this project, we put forward and solved the existing problems for our customers with a conscientious attitude. No matter in terms of efficiency, service attitude or production quality, our customer is satisfied.

The customer indicated that other suppliers had sprayed these drying cylinders before, but they did not solve the problem of the diameter of the drying cylinders, and there was still a problem of the size of the drying cylinders after spraying, the service life of the coating was not long, and the overall use effect was not good. After this spraying, such problems have been perfectly solved!
