High-consistency hydraulic pulper is used for high-consistency crushing of waste paper. The rotor adopts the structure of the combination of three-headed helix and toothed flying knife, which makes strong shearing and friction between fibers and accelerates the waste paper disintegration.
The high-consistency pulper, Type III hydraulic cleaning machine and cylinder screen form an intermittent high-consistency pulping and slag discharge system.
